Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby, pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, as amended, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming that I have legal capacity, give my consent to AT IMPERIAL Limited Liability Company, registered at: 108802, Moscow, intracity territory of Kommunarka Municipal District, Kaluzhskoye Highway, 22nd km, bld. 10, str. 23, PSRN 1257700423200, TIN 7751372693 (the “Organization”), the Organization’s website: https://itimperial.group/ (the “Website”), to process my personal data (the “Consent”) under the following terms:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automated means. The Consent covers the processing of the following personal data: surname, given name and patronymic; email address; telephone number; information about me that becomes known in the course of performing agreements, if an agreement is entered into between me and the Organization; and other publicly available information about me.

2. Purposes of personal data processing: processing incoming requests from individuals in order to provide advice on matters relating to the Organization’s activities; sending individuals information, including advertising, about the Organization’s events, goods, services, and work.

3. The following operations may be performed with personal data during processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

4. I have been informed by the Organization that the intended users of personal data are the Organization’s employees and persons engaged by the Organization under civil-law agreements.

5. The legal grounds for personal data processing are Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data,” and this Website visitor’s Consent to Personal Data Processing.

6. I acknowledge that:

6.1. This Consent to the processing of my personal data is given for an indefinite period and may be withdrawn by sending a notice to the Organization at info@itimperial.group.

6.2. I have the right to access my personal data, to request clarification (updating or modification) of my personal data, and to request deletion and destruction of my personal data if the Organization processes it in violation of my legal rights and interests or the laws of the Russian Federation.

6.3. If I withdraw my Consent to personal data processing, the Organization may continue to process my personal data without my consent where grounds specified in Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 apply.

7. By giving this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided and that the data provided is accurate.

8. This Consent remains valid until personal data processing is terminated in accordance with Clause 6.1 of this Consent.

I consent to the processing and storage of the personal data that I provide in the Website feedback form in accordance with this Consent to Personal Data Processing. At the same time, I consent and do not object to the Website administration or persons acting on its instructions sending messages, including informational messages, to the telephone number or email address that I provided in the Website feedback form or using other means of communication specified by me in that form.
